The Ordering Process
Customer provides brief description of their order via Email or Text Message
Customer provides design files if possible (acceptable files: AI, EPS, PDF, DST)
Customer will be provided with a quote
Once quote is approved, a 50% deposit will be requested
A detailed art proof will be provided, and a payment request of the remaining balance will be sent. Your order will be scheduled for production at this time (Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to completed)
Customer will be notified upon completion of their order
All orders will be shipped by carrier or delivered by courtesy of I & I Custom Branded Apparel
